"The beginning was the very birth of mankind..."

The Realm of the Unknown is an isolated fragment of reality that exists separate from the human world but strongly linked to it. With the birth of fear, the Realm came to be. Home of the worries, of the fears and phobias that tormented the early humans. In the very beginning, the fear of Death lived alone, tasked with making loss and passing away less of a hard time for the fragile mortals. 

As history evolved, so did the fears of humans, becoming diverse and more complex. 

And so were born the fear of Oblivion, the fear of Chaos, and many other lesser fears who let themselves be peacefully lead by Death. 

With the origin of Valeska, everything changed. They came, saw, and conquered. The establishment of their regime came with what seemed like an eternal bloodshed. Their arrival brought with it the division of the people, the enslavement of lesser fears, a corrupt hierarchy where there'd been once peaceful harmony. 

Countless millenia have passed since then. Kástike, a demon slave, knows nothing about the history of the Realm, how things came to be like this. He does know that he is tired of seeing his kind being reduced to creatures that are stepped on and mistreated. Fueled by bitterness and rage, he'll embark on a dangerous journey to claim back what the people of the Realm have lost. But, can dignity be recovered through blood and rage? Will this revolution bring change or will it be another blood stain in the Realm's history?
